my stay was made memorable by the amazing access to the geological survey museum, just almost 2 km away, and the nearby Zoo Park, perfect for leisurely strolls in nature after a day of exploring the city, I found the staff to be friendly and the breakfast included was nice to have.

the guesthouse might seem charming at first, but don't be fooled. no one cared about my emergency needs, and the staff were utterly unhelpful. i expected a welcome gift for my troubles since i was a standout guest, but clearly, they don’t cater to those like me. just couldn't give more than 2 stars.

My stay was mainly about checking out the nearby attractions like the National Museum of Namibia and Zoo Park, which were both a short trip away. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed, making it a cozy place to relax after a day of exploring. The prompt response to any complaints I had really made a difference during my four-night stay. Even though I had a little trouble with the hot water, the lovely housekeeping made sure everything was tidy during my visit.

The room had plenty of space, with a comfy sitting area, and the resident cat added a lovely touch to the environment. However, my experience wasn't perfect. The bed wasn't made properly the first night, and I noted some maintenance issues like loose bathroom fittings. I also faced a few delays with the breakfast service, leading to a rushed morning on the second day. The reception could be more welcoming, and there were struggles with the Wi-Fi connectivity. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives that could be improved.

Room 9 offered a decent experience during the stay, providing basic comforts without any major issues.

Beds were not made properly the first night, and there were maintenance problems like loose bathroom fittings and a bedside lamp missing an adapter. Breakfast packs caused delays, and the lack of smart TV options along with noisy surroundings near the swimming pool at night made for an uncomfortable experience. Secure parking was limited for larger vehicles, and WiFi connectivity dropped during the night.

The dirty braai facilities need attention!!! It's frustrating that room cleaning is every 2nd day, and the parking situation feels cramped!!! An absolute nightmare that you can't eat in the bedrooms without prior notice!!!

During my stay at Esperanca Guesthouse, I found the staff exceptionally friendly and supportive, particularly Candice at the reception who made my stay delightful. The location was quiet and safe, just a short walk to shopping. The breakfast had improved significantly, offering a lovely variety.

Breakfast was always satisfying, with a good variety that kept each morning enjoyable. The view from the pool was particularly delightful, offering a serene spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
